This experience shaped my discipline and drive, which I carried into my post-secondary studies at St. Francis Xavier University. There, I pursued a major in Finance and a minor in Sports Management, combining my passion for numbers with my deep interest in the sports industry. Throughout university, I honed analytical and problem-solving skills that were further strengthened during my accounting internship with Cabot Cape Breton. This role provided hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and cross-departmental collaboration, solidifying my interest in the financial aspects of business operations.
