This section is dedicated to the individuals who have played a vital role in my personal and professional growth. By recognizing their impact, I celebrate the power of collaboration, mentorship, and community in helping me pursue my goals and become the person I am today.
Zachery Dingsdale (Father): My father has been a significant influence in shaping the person I am today. He instilled in me a strong sense of self-worth and continuously encouraged me to strive for excellence. Through his guidance, I developed not only the confidence to pursue my own goals but also the empathy and interpersonal skills to support and uplift those around me.
Shellene Schaus (Mother): My mother has played a pivotal role in my personal development, always prioritizing my well-being and happiness. Her unwavering support and unique ability to see potential in me—even when I couldn’t see it myself—have been instrumental in shaping the person I am today.
Peter Mao (Teacher): Mr. Mao was one of my high school teachers who had a lasting impact on my academic and personal growth. He consistently recognized my true potential beyond surface impressions and ensured I had the necessary support and resources to succeed. Even after graduation, he has remained a supportive mentor, taking the time to check in on my progress and well-being.
Jonathan Hood (Professor): Professor Hood has encouraged me to step outside of my comfort zone and has played a supportive role in my personal growth. Through consistent check-ins and genuine concern for my well-being, he has helped me navigate mental health challenges, rediscover my sense of self, and access the support I needed.

Education - Finance Major: Earning a major in Finance from St. Francis Xavier University has equipped me with a strong foundation in financial principles and prepared me to confidently begin my career in the corporate world.
Education - Sports Management Minor: Completing a minor in Sports Management at St. Francis Xavier University has deepened my understanding of the sports industry and strengthened my passion for it. This academic foundation has inspired me to pursue future opportunities that integrate my interests in both finance and sports management.
Education - Online Certifications: I have completed three certifications through the CFA Institute, including Ethical Decision Making, Trading and Analysis, and Interactions with Clients. Additionally, I have earned multiple Google Ads certifications, such as AI-Powered Performance Ads, Google Ads Display, and Google Ads Search, further enhancing my skills in digital marketing and data-driven advertising strategies.
Financial - Funding / Scholarships: Receiving funding through OSAP and the Schwartz School of Business Scholarship has alleviated financial constraints, enabling me to pursue my university education with greater focus and fewer financial concerns.

Accomplishment: I have had the privilege of travelling to 13 countries with my family.
Skills Gained: During these travels, I developed basic communication skills in several native languages and learned how to immerse myself in new cultures. This experience has helped me appreciate the diverse ways of life around the world.
Application of Skills to Other Situations: The ability to navigate different cultures and communicate in basic terms has enhanced my adaptability and cultural sensitivity in various contexts. Skills Gained: Through volunteering at the Pan Am Games in Lima, Peru, I developed skills in event execution, sports management, and marketing. Additionally, I gained experience working with non-profit organizations (NPOs) and enhanced my beginner-level Spanish skills.
