I'm Lucas Dingsdale - a driven and versatile individual with a passion for finance, sports, and creating meaningful connections through service and innovation. With a strong academic foundation in Finance and Sports Management from St. Francis Xavier University, I’ve gained hands-on experience through roles ranging from financial analysis at Cabot Cape Breton to co-founding Ad-Hike, a digital marketing venture. My background is rooted in hard work, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning - qualities I've developed through diverse roles in customer service, team leadership, and international volunteering. Whether I’m analyzing financial data, managing event logistics, or helping clients grow their digital presence, I bring a solution - focused mindset and a desire to make a positive impact in everything I do.

My experience traveling to 13 countries and volunteering abroad shows an ability to adjust to new environments, cultures, and challenges quickly.
Strong Work Ethic:
Earning a Finance degree, completing certifications, and balancing academics with over 150 hours of volunteer work demonstrates dedication, discipline, and the ability to follow through on commitments.

Whether it was group work in university, working with NPOs in Peru, or assisting with large-scale events, I have shown that I work well in team settings, contributing effectively and respectfully to collective goals.
Initiative and Self-Motivation:
Pursuing multiple online certifications outside of my academic curriculum and seeking out international volunteer opportunities reflects a proactive mindset and a genuine drive to grow professionally.
